Marketing Project Manager:

The Marketing Project Manager is the hub of Marketing’s planning and execution activities. You will be responsible for orchestrating the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as designing repeatable processes that will allow for speed, agility and efficiency. You will work with stakeholders and vendor partners across both global and regional teams.

You have an eye for detail, are passionate about establishing processes and maximizing efficiency and always strive to take the initiative to stay one step ahead. You are a clear communicator, enjoy building relationships and value teamwork.


  • Take ownership of internal marketing operations processes, documentation and improvements
  • Develop project management plans for marketing campaigns and new product initiatives
  • Identify requirements and dependencies, and develop schedules to meet project timelines
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage the planning and execution of complex programs
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of projects and ensure work is progressing as planned
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders in order to ensure planning and collaboration across the entire project lifecycle
  • Manage and supervise marketing schedules, budgets, and resources from beginning to end


  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing project manager
  • Strong background in leading creative processes
  • Experience in concept, production and delivery, across multiple digital content types
  • Excellent organizational & prioritization skills, attention to detail, process knowledge and ability to multitask
  • Proven ability to drive projects at all levels in the company – on time, on scope, on budget
  • Passion/interest in Gaming & Tech industry
