1. Personal Information We Collect

We collect Personal Information when you use our Website and/or submit Personal Information to us. Personal Information is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly with a particular individual or household, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, email address, a home, postal or other physical address, and phone number. a. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you give us when you post to or otherwise use our Website, when you participate in surveys or promotional activities, or when you otherwise choose to submit your information to us.

2. Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Users of our Website who have JavaScript enabled are tracked using analytics technologies. We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that may allow you to opt out of the collection of information across networks of websites and online services as there is no standard for how online services should respond to such signals. As standards develop, we may develop policies for responding to do-not-track signals that we will describe in this Policy.

7. Children and Privacy

Protecting children’s privacy is important to us. We do not direct the Website to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information through the Website, we will use reasonable efforts to remove such information from our files and servers.

We will respond to your authorized agent’s request if they submit proof that they are registered with the California Secretary of State to be able to act on your behalf, or submit evidence you have provided them with power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code section 4000 to 4465.
